Refurbishment of Railway Arches 3 & 4 Whitworth Street to create a bar and auditorium to seat 500. Auditorium balcony constructed with in situ concrete on permanent formwork to reduce construction programme. All steelwork supported on resin anchor fixings carrying loads of up to 30 tonnes to reduce erection time.
