Bolton Council signs off Rivington Chase link Road

Bolton Council has granted planning consent for the £12m link road which has been designed to unlock the 1,700 home Rivington Chase housing development

RoC is delighted to be part of this project for the past 10 years in support of this consent. Our teams provided geotechnical, geo-environmental and civil engineering services to support this planning application. Well done to all the team at RoC and everyone involved, the link road will help realise everyone’s ambition to deliver the rest of the masterplan.
