Anthony has a thorough technical knowledge of project managing contracts for both designers and contractors, often delivering complex projects within short timescales and fast-paced live environments.

Anthony’s areas of expertise include an ability to understand the requirements of differing disciplines and finds practical solutions. He has a thorough understanding and consideration of historic and modern construction, with an appreciation of contracting techniques for buildability.

With in depth knowledge of the retail fashion sector, Anthony has undertaken  numerous projects for JD Sports within the UK and Ireland, working with the JD project team and their contractors across all its brands, including JD, size? and JD Gyms, to name a few. The Special Projects team have acted as structural engineers for the award-winning TATTU restaurant and bar, based in the heart of Spinningfields, Manchester, M&S at Gapton Retail Park and Hammerson Developments, Ravenhead Retail plc.

Anthony regularly provides feasibility studies to establish the potential for structural alterations to meet client requirements, development of new and existing buildings, including the design and overseeing of structural works. Projects include numerous historic and protected structures in prime locations such as Chester and Bath.
