RoC Consulting has been working with the MAG Group at Airport City Manchester since 2014. Initially appointed by Airport City Partnerships to support the development framework with provision of civil, structural, geotechnical and environmental engineering on both Airport City North and South.

Over the years RoC Consulting has delivered industrial units including Project Alpha, car parks, offices to planning, conversion of a hangar for THG and more recently designed RoC Consulting’s award winning pedestrian bridge across the M56 Manchester Airport
Spur Road.

The new masterplan designed over a two-year period, MIX MANCHESTER is conceived as one of the 5 largest science and innovation campuses in the UK, delivering a total of 2 million sq ft with a unique focus on advanced manufacturing.

MIX MANCHESTER will provide a high-quality urban environment to deliver cutting-edge advanced manufacturing, R&D, laboratory and office space with complementary hotel and amenity uses, set within
attractive public realm.

RoC Consulting is assisting MIX Manchester in the development of the first phase offering civil, structural and geo-environmental input with 100,000 sq ft of mid tech flexible working space, plus 50% mezzanine floor provision over 4 terraced units, plus car parking and amenity space.
