Paul White

Paul is responsible for ensuring that the goals set out in the earlier stages of the project are consistently and efficiently delivered.  He undertakes project coordination through the detailed design and construction work stages, utilising his expertise in construction methods and project management.  This ensures seamless transition of projects from developed design through to construction detailed design as they transition through the practice.

A key part of Paul’s role is design team coordination, overseeing RoC’s technical team workflow for continuity and consistency in delivery.  Paul champions integrating BIM processes and Revit building modelling software within the business, which is used extensively within the practice.

As operations director, Paul is also responsible for developing the company’s IT strategy, taking advantage of the latest technological and software developments. This allows the business to produce project modelling to the highest possible standard and enables the addition of more data within the deliverable packages.

Paul has a thorough technical knowledge of ground and substrata 3D-modelling, which offers value engineering solutions on all projects to optimise building and infrastructure levels, with respect to existing site levels and the underlying soil strata.
